Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

After placing your order, text (804) 297-9587 with your name and order number to schedule your pickup. Same-day pickup may be available, however we prefer at least 24 hours’ notice so your extensions can be properly shampooed and prepared. Please wait until your pickup time has been confirmed before arriving.

Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Please Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. RAI HAIR CO is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of RAI HAIR CO’s control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

RAI HAIR CO is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and locate your package. For additional security, signature confirmation may be required for select high-value orders.
